Which countries do you ship to?

CIGMAN ships to the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East, etc.

We currently do not ship to the following areas:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palu, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding..

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping for all order on our website. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case, we recommend that you contact your carrier first and find out the status of your package. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else. Please contact us at hgbusinesstrade@163.com.if the carrier's customer service cannot help you, and we will open a case to find out.
